Going to parties
Going to a party where someone else is the host can get kind of tricky when you’re on a gluten restricted diet. Despite this fact, there are some ways to ensure you’re able to remain safe and enjoy yourself simultaneously. If you know the host well and you’re comfortable approaching him or her, you can explain your sensitivities and request that some gluten free items be available at the party. As an absolute last resort you could eat before or after eating either before or after the meeting and simply order a drink or safe side item.
